End User License Agreement

1. Parties

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Spares ("Licensor", "we", "us"), a company registered in Egypt (Commercial Registration No. 260894, Tax Registration No. 769-401-732), and the individual or entity installing or using PluMesh ("Licensee", "you").

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use PluMesh solely for your own purposes as follows:

  • Free Trial — Full feature access for 15 days on one device, for evaluation purposes only. Commercial use is not permitted under the Free Trial.
  • Personal License — Full feature access on one (1) designated device. Licensed to a single named individual. Annual subscription, renewed each year.
  • Commercial License — Full feature access on an unlimited number of devices owned or operated by the same registered company. Annual subscription, renewed each year.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of PluMesh
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, rent, or lease the software to any third party
  • Use the Free Trial for commercial, client, or paid work
  • Use a Personal License on more than one device simultaneously
  • Share, transfer, or reassign a Personal License to another individual

4. Intellectual Property

PluMesh and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Spares. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights in the software.

5. Subscription and Renewal

Personal and Commercial licenses are billed annually. Failure to renew will result in the license expiring at the end of the current billing period, after which the software will revert to trial mode.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of PluMesh and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PluMesh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the software at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PluMesh, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
